Is FeetFinder legit? An honest look from the seller side
Yes, FeetFinder is a real marketplace that pays sellers, and plenty of sellers have been paid. It is also slower and harder than its ads suggest: most new sellers make little in their first weeks, and payouts have been late for some sellers this autumn.
Platform terms checked on FeetFinder’s own seller page on 25 Oct 2026. What we say about earnings comes from sellers describing their own accounts on Reddit from late 2022 to October 2026, not from FeetFinder.
What FeetFinder costs a seller
- The cut. FeetFinder says sellers keep 90% of each sale on Basic and 100% on Premium. Some sellers also report a small transaction fee on low-priced items.
- The plan. Signing up is free, but sellers describe paying for a monthly plan to sell, with cheaper yearly and lifetime options. Prices and promotions change, so check the price on the upgrade screen, and read the renewal terms before you pick a lifetime plan.
- Payouts. The minimum payout is $30. A balance under $30 can’t be withdrawn, and sellers say it also gets in the way of closing an account. Sellers mention payout and bank fees on top.
- Verification. Every seller goes through private ID and age verification. Buyers see only your display name.
How much do people realistically make on FeetFinder?
FeetFinder’s sales page shows monthly earnings ranges and labels them estimates, not typical results. What sellers say about their own accounts is lower, especially at the start.
- First few weeks. Most new sellers who talk about it describe small totals, and some made no sales at all. A minority do well quickly.
- After a few months. Results spread widely, from almost nothing to a steady income. The sellers at the top describe hours of messaging buyers each day.
- Where the money comes from. Sellers who earn more say it comes mostly from tips, customs and paid chats rather than album sales.
Several sellers also describe sales dropping after a site update early in 2026, so an account that sold well last year is no guarantee of this year.
Is selling on FeetFinder actually worth it?
It suits you if:
- you can post consistently and take clean, well-lit photos;
- you already have, or will build, a following on Reddit, X or Instagram to send buyers your way;
- you are fine messaging buyers yourself instead of waiting to be found.
It is a poor fit if you want passive income from a few uploads. The complaint sellers repeat most is too many sellers chasing too few buyers, and some sellers find the hourly rate very low once the plan is paid for.
Does FeetFinder pay out?
Sellers have been getting paid for years, and some describe payouts arriving within a couple of days. From late summer 2026, though, a run of sellers reported payouts stuck as pending for weeks after a long maintenance period, with support giving no date. Others in the same weeks said theirs arrived without problems. If a payout is late, keep records of the balance and each support ticket.
How risky is it? The buyers who waste your time
Most of the risk comes from buyers. The ones sellers complain about fall into a few patterns:
- Time-wasters. Long chats, haggling over the cheapest album, and no purchase at the end. Sellers complain about these more than anything else.
- Free samples. “Send one first so I know you’re real”, then nothing.
- Moving you off the platform. A push to Snapchat, Telegram, Kik, CashApp or crypto, where the payment and the messages no longer go through FeetFinder.
- The big budget that never arrives. Offers of a large weekly allowance “just to talk”, usually with a request to move to Telegram first.
- Fake fees and fake payments. Anyone asking you to pay a “verification” or “clearance” fee to receive money, or sending a payment screenshot instead of paying through the site.
- Chargebacks. Sellers say cheap albums attract the most, and that buyers on FeetFinder now pay up front for custom requests, which has cut unpaid customs.
The safest way to sell
The full list of red flags, and what to do about each, is in how to sell without getting scammed.
- Keep every sale and every message on the platform until you know the buyer.
- Take payment before you make or send anything custom.
- Never pay to receive money.
- Use a display name and keep your face, location and other accounts out of the photos.
- Before you answer a new buyer, check whether other sellers have already met them. That is what timewasters is for.
